I've earnestly been trying to customize a few flash websites from a website I
downloaded from and supposedly you're supposed to be able to edit the contents
of the Flash websites with the contents.txt file but everytime I try I don't
see ANY text that I type at ALL...I don't have any Adobe products as I'm
trying to do this at the library so I need a Flash template that can be
customized with word pad. Below is listed the website:

http://www.entheosweb.com/free-downloads/Flash_templates/default.asp

Thanks in advanced for any helpful answer/s.

maybe not the help you want:
https://theblog.adobe.com/adobe-flash-update/

"we will stop [...] distributing the Flash Player at the end of 2020"

You should perhaps looking to HTML instead unless this is for
ephermeral sites. If you're skilled HTML can be done well in wordpad.
