Is this a flash pop up?

Please check out covers.com and you'll see this very obtrusive
advertising. Is this flash? Can it be prevented?

I'm using firefox 3.6.8 and it will not stop the pop up.

I see nothing annoying, with firefox (actually iceweasel) 3.5.10,
perghapse changing the user agent string fron firefox to iceweasel
will help.
